Ohh My Dog! is Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s trusted provider of in-home pet sitting, private dog boarding, dog walking, drop ins and our (NEW!) enrichment-based activities for pets of all ages and needs. We are certified “Fear Free” pet professionals as we strive to maintain or decrease your pet’s fear, anxiety and/or stress for their best comfort and safety while in our care.
Our keen attention to detail is especially beneficial for those pets with food allergies & medical conditions as specific requests are common with our services. To maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone we use pet friendly cleaner in our (boarding) home as well as all natural calming pheromones for your pet’s general sense of wellbeing.

There’s no one I would trust more with my Aussie than Caroline! Her expertise and genuine love for dogs put me completely at ease. These guys are great! Caroline has been great to communicate with and Brent is so wonderful with the dogs. All the pictures they look SO happy. I am not sure they’re excited when we get home from vacation anymore because they miss their buddy 😂 highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their pups

Yes, I will accept clients out of radius for an additional $10-$20/day, this is a case by case basis.

I offer both! I prefer to bring your pet to my home but if your pet does best in their own environment I will definitely come to your home. In addition, there will not be any other pets in my home (unless pre -approved) . I also do not like to crate dogs if I step away - I have cameras inside my home for that exact reason!

Our goal is to never leave them! However, we may have an occasional dog walk or drop in request during your service. In this case, we promise to never leave your pet any longer than 4 hours. If approved, we will take your pups on a car ride during a curbside grocery pick up, a scenic beach drive, or maybe even go on a dinner date with us!

Regarding scheduling or payments: Private message Caroline on the Time To Pet Portal, within your profile.
To contact your pet sitter/ dog walker directly: Regular messaging on the portal is perfect. We prefer not to give out our personal numbers unless it’s an emergency
For more immediate concerns: I prefer texting. This way we both maintain a paper trail of what was said and when. For longer questions feel free to call.

Of course!
We want you to feel like you do not miss any of the shenanigans we endure with your pets! You will receive a daily report card with many pictures, & videos. We also include all meals and treats given that day, as well as potty habits, behaviors observed, walkies, play time & cuddles! We will contact you as little or as much as you would like via Time To Pet Portal.

We welcome any service request up to one year in advance! Please remember, it is best to schedule a meet & greet as soon as possible to ensure your pet and pet sitter are a good match for each other. After the meet and greet is complete, feel free to officially request your service on our portal.

I always book one pet family at a time.
If another client’s request overlaps during your stay, I always require a meet and greet with the dogs and dog parents for safety reasons. I never board more than 2 pet families at a time.
I also do not have any pets of my own.
